FRIEZE LONDON
OCTOBER 9 – 13
REGENT’S PARK
BOOTH C10
After recently announcing the opening of its new space in London, Perrotin is delighted to return to Frieze London with solo presentations by Gregor Hildebrandt and Kathia St. Hilaire, alongside a selection of works by emerging and established artists.
Visitors to the booth will be greeted by Square, a monumental bronze sculpture by Lynn Chadwick, whose estate recently joined the gallery.
Gregor Hildebrandt will showcase romantic paintings, sculptures, and installations deeply imbued with music and cinema, featuring cassette tapes and vinyl collages. On the other side of the booth, Haitian-American artist Kathia St. Hilaire will showcase ornate paintings inspired by Sprialism, an artistic movement founded in Haiti in the 1960’s. In addition, Otani Workshop will present his anthropomorphic vases and painting. Otani Workshop’s bestiary is a world in itself, in which dreams and tales meet.
The booth will also feature works by several artists from our roster, including Jean-Marie Appriou, Daniel Arsham, Julian Charrière, Johan Creten, Gabriel de la Mora, Jean-Philippe Delhomme, Mathilde Denize, Jens Fänge, Bernard Frize, Alex Gardner, Elizabeth Glaessner, Laurent Grasso, Hans Hartung, Charles Hascoët, Thilo Heinzmann, JR, Bharti Kher, Hun Kyu Kim, Klara Kristalova, Takashi Murakami, Katherina Olschbaur, Jean-Michel Othoniel, Zéh Palito, GaHee Park, Park Seo-Bo, Christiane Pooley, Gérard Schneider, Claire Tabouret, AYA TAKANO, Xavier Veilhan and Bernar Venet.
Additional exhibitions and events will take place across London. JR will sign his latest catalogue L’Art peut-il changer le monde? at Shreeji bookstore on October 9th from 4 to 6 pm. Bharti Kher is currently presenting Alchemies, an important solo exhibition at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park (West Breton) alongside Target Queen - Commission, a facade takeover of the Hayward Gallery, London.
