ART BASEL PARIS
OCTOBER 22 - 26, 2025
GRAND PALAIS
BOOTH B35
Perrotin is pleased to return to Art Basel Paris with a collective presentation of works by gallery artists, including Bharti Kher and Jean-Michel Othoniel—both of whom are also featured in solo exhibitions at Perrotin Marais—as well as Johan Creten, who is showcased in a special presentation within the Panorama group exhibition at the Salle de Bal (60 rue de Turenne).
On the occasion of the fair, Maurizio Cattelan unveils four new works: an animatronic sculpture of a small boy pounding on a toy drum, directly referencing Günter Grass’s novel Die Blechtrommel (The Tin Drum, 1959); two wall sculptures composed of a nail piercing a marble block; and a special wall text installation.
Bridging the signature styles of Superflat, Mr. and Takashi Murakami unveils two new collaborative paintings. Inspired by Mr.’s recent NFTs, the works feature his protagonists set within Murakami’s exuberant flower fields. Together, they advance the artists’ long-standing mission to dissolve the boundaries between “high” and popular visual culture, contrasting the luminosity of kawaii with its darker aspects.
The booth also features a new painting by Mathilde Denize, presented in conjunction with her solo exhibition at the Frac Île-de-France, Le Plateau, as well as a new painting by Claire Tabouret, ahead of her upcoming solo exhibition at the Grand Palais (opening December 10).
Following the opening of his solo exhibition at Perrotin London, Laurent Grasso presents a new painting from his Studies into the Past series. The booth also features two new works by Daniel Arsham, a sculpture and a painting, ahead of his solo exhibition at Perrotin Dubai.
The booth also includes new works by Nina Chanel Abney, Jean-Marie Appriou, Iván Argote, Hernan Bas, Lynn Chadwick, Chen Fei, Gabriel de la Mora, Jean-Philippe Delhomme, Jens Fänge, Bernard Frize, Nick Goss, Laurent Grasso, Nancy Graves, Hans Hartung, Thilo Heinzmann, Gregor Hildebrandt, JR, Izumi Kato, Klara Kristalova, Emi Kuraya, Lee Bae, ob, Otani Workshop, GaHee, Park, Paola Pivi, Emily Mae Smith, Kathia St. Hilaire, AYA TAKANO, Xavier Veilhan, Bernar Venet, and Xiyao Wang.
