MIART

Booth B76

April 14 – 16, 2023

Allianz MiCo, Pavillon 3 viale Scarampo, Milan

For our first participation at miart, Perrotin is pleased to present recent works by Japanese artist AYA TAKANO, ahead of her solo exhibition at Lyon Museum of Modern Art (macLYON) this fall. In this new series of paintings and works on paper, AYA TAKANO shows girls and animals freely interacting in spiritual union. In her artistic quest, as humble as it is spiritual, the artist is influenced by science and guided by an absolute respect for nature and human life.

Following the Hans Hartung exhibition at Perrotin New York earlier this year, we are also pleased to present a selection of his barite cardboards from 1971.

The booth also features works by Sophie Calle, Johan Creten, Jean-Philippe Delhomme, Mathilde Denize, Nick Doyle, Elmgreen & Dragset, Thilo Heinzmann, John Henderson, Gregor Hildebrandt, JR, Jean-Michel Othoniel, Tavares Strachan, Josh Sperling, Xavier Veilhan and Pieter Vermeersch.
